Museums Galleries Scotland announces details of the first of a series of roadshows that will shape the delivery plan for the National Strategy for Scotland’s Museums and Galleries.
The first of six roadshow events will take place in Aberdeen University Library on Wednesday, 25 July. A brief presentation on the Strategy and its implementation will be followed by discussion sessions on how museums can align their current and future work to the Strategy’s aims and objectives, thereby contributing to the delivery plan, and explore what support the sector will need to deliver the strategy.
If you wish to attend, please email your details to strategy@museumsgalleriesscotland.org.uk and further information will be provided.
Further events are currently being planned for August and September and details will be announced as soon as they are available. Locations being considered include Oban, Inverness, Perth, Edinburgh and Glasgow with additional events should demand require.
