Purchase Fund for smaller independents

2011-12

This fund has been set up specifically to help our Full independent members paying the basic subscription. Those eligible can apply for up to £600 to purchase equipment (e.g. ICT, audio visual, environmental monitoring or collections care equipment). 

  • You must be a full independent member of Museums Galleries Scotland and be paying the basic subscription to qualify
  • The purchase should benefit a Registered or Accredited museum/gallery
  • Applications can be submitted between 1 April 2011 and 29 February 2012
  • You can apply for up to £600
  • You can apply for up to 100% of the total project cost
  • Purchases must be made within the financial year you are applying and all claims for funding must be made by the 11 March 2012
  • We are unable to fund retrospectively
