Glasgow Print Studio was founded in 1972 as an artist-led initiative, providing facilities and workshop space to artists using fine art printmaking. Now, as an internationally acclaimed centre of excellence in fine art printmaking, Glasgow Print Studio promotes contemporary and innovative printmaking through supporting artists, exhibitions and learning. Based in the Trongate 103 arts centre, the premises span three floors, with a shop on the ground floor, gallery on the first floor and the workshop, Learning Zone and Archive Room on the second floor. Glasgow Print Studio publishes original etchings, screenprints, and relief prints by artists such as Elizabeth Blackadder, Adrian Wiszniewski, Christine Borland, Moyna Flannigan, Alasdair Gray and Ken Currie. Glasgow Print Studio is a charitable organisation.
