The Cottage contains a collection of 18th Century Scottish vernacular furniture, domestic and agricultural reflecting the home life and social standing of the Paul family. Other highlights of the collection are a 1:50 scale model of the Bonhomme Richard, Jones most famous ship; an early bronze bust of Jones by Augustin Houdin, court sculptor of the court of Louis XVI; an extensive collection of stamps and first day covers issued by the US Post Office.
