Our Collection

West Lothian Council's collections feature objects from the area's civic past, e.g. regalia from the former Burghs and county weights and measures. There is also a good collection of regalia, banners and memorabilia from local friendly societies. The majority of the remainder relates to the social and industrial history of West Lothian, particularly the former mining villages.
