MGS AGM 2010

Museums Galleries Scotland were delighted with the exceptional turn out at the AGM in Stirling on 8 February.

The presentation by Adrian Babbidge from Egeria Heritage Consultancy was well received. The Member Marketplace was also a hit again this year with MGS staff stalls as well as representatives from the Heritage Lottery Fund, Association of Independent Museums, Scottish Business in the Community/May Day Network and Scottish Conservation Studio.

A big thank you to the Stirling Smith Art Gallery & Museum for a perfect end to the day with tours and a wonderful array of tasty treats!

MGS will issue a full AGM report in the coming weeks and members who were unable to attend will also have the opportunity to contribute to the Think Tank feedback.
