What is Hands On?

Hands On front cover

Hands On is a step-by-step guide to learning with museum objects and paintings which supports the Curriculum for Excellence.

It demonstrates how objects and paintings spark the imagination, helping children develop their powers of observation, supporting them to interpret and connect with the world around them.

Hands On was developed by Museums Galleries Scotland in partnership with Glasgow Museums.
