National Strategy for Scotland’s Museums and Galleries Programme of Sector Engagement and Strategy Development
MGS has commissioned a project that will manage a programme of sector engagement which consults the sector on the proposed national strategy for Scotland’s museums and galleries and on the new National Development Body, and which will draft the strategy.
The work will:
- draft the national strategy in conjunction with MGS
- engage individuals and organisations in the national strategy and the National Development body
- develop the strategic priorities for the strategy, taking into account a range of views from the sector
- make recommendations on membership of the advisory Forum and its relationship to the National Development Body.
