We at Museums Galleries Scotland strive to deliver world class services, successfully working in partnership to help our members ensure their collections become fully accessible, engage with communities and educate and inspire not only their visitors but also their staff, volunteers and stakeholders.
The only way to achieve this vision is through the people who work and volunteer in their thousands across Scotland. This ‘workforce’ needs continual investment and support to develop the necessary skills, knowledge, attitude and behaviour needed to deliver first class services.
