RDCF
Crossing regional boundaries and spanning the length and breadth of Scotland, ten partnerships received three-year grant awards from this Fund, launched by the Scottish Government in late 2003.
This programme has now ended but has provided valuable information about partnership working.
The scheme, which we managed on behalf of the Government, aimed to create partnerships across regional boundaries and involve museums of different capacities, types and sizes. The museums were also encouraged to involve non-museum partners where appropriate. The projects looked to increase creativity, capacity and sustainability and give long-term benefits.
