This practical one day Masterclass will take you through the core components of an effective retail strategy, why you need one and what to include. You’ll learn how to build a strategy that sets out your goals, how you will achieve them and how you will measure success.
A template strategy document will also be included as part of the Masterclass.
Who is it for?
This Masterclass is aimed at anyone responsible for retail in an arts, cultural or heritage organisation.
