Delivered by Social Enterprise Academy, this course will consist of 6 online sessions:
Module 1 : 25 January & 1 February
Module 2: 6 March & 13 March
Module 3: 18 April & 25 April
- Become a more self-aware and confident leader that can step up and make a greater contribution and impact on your work, within your organisation and the sector
- Build the skills required to engage and lead individuals and teams so they can thrive and grow professionally
- Develop tools to support your museum or gallery in the current climate
- Gain a 10-credit SCQF level 9 leadership qualification through the Glasgow Caledonian University
As we begin to look to the future, effective leadership will be essential to support thriving and resilient organisations in Scotland.
Developing My Leadership offers an invaluable opportunity for new and aspiring leaders in this sector to connect, and share challenges, good practice, and experience with peers. It’s designed to support learners to develop key leadership skills in order to work productively with those around them and lead in an effective and authentic way.
Sessions run from10am to 4pm (with regular breaks)
Location: Delivered online using Zoom
Fees:
Charity / 3rd Sector : £225
Public / Private sector : £425
Accreditation: £125 Payable by learner (optional) – 10 credit SCQF level 9 leadership qualification through the Glasgow Caledonian University.
