The digital marketing landscape can often feel overwhelming with its array of tools, tactics and trends. At Digital Marketing Day 2024 we’ll focus on the ‘human’ — how to cut through the noise and concentrate on digital marketing strategies that truly resonate with audiences.

We’ll explore ways of humanising digital marketing, shifting the focus from being solely transactional to being human, including the use of AI to create genuine connections with audiences.

About the day: Thursday 21 November 2024

Digital Marketing Day — Being Human is an in-person day event taking place at BFI Southbank in London and online. It will showcase the latest thinking through talks, case studies and keynotes on topics such as:

  • Is AI only as good as the human that’s using it?
  • Ways to humanise your digital marketing through personalised content
  • Strategies to help you communicate directly to audiences as individuals
  • Tools to create accessible digital marketing experiences that truly connect with audiences
  • Skills to balance data-driven strategies with human-centric approaches
  • Aligning your digital marketing messaging to your organisation’s core values
  • Prioritising equity and inclusion and the ethical impact of digital marketing on audiences

An in-person ticket will give you access to the Keynote and breakout sessions at BFI Southbank, plus access to recordings of online sessions after the event. For each breakout you will have a choice of three sessions. Lunch will also be provided as part of your ticket cost.

A Digital Marketing Day Online ticket includes access to five exclusive online breakout sessions, plus access to live streams of the opening Keynote, closing session and three breakout sessions.

Whilst we all love meeting in person, sometimes we just can’t make the trip. That’s why we’re bringing some of Digital Marketing Day 2024 to you with Digital Marketing Day Online.

This improved offer brings the best Digital Marketing Day sessions to your computer screen, at a time that suits you, and includes:

  • 6 sessions live streamed from BFI Southbank, including the opening Keynote and closing session
