Learn how to create positive and memorable visitor experiences with our Front of House Toolkit. Discover why storytelling matters, how to become an effective communicator and how to maximise opportunities for upselling in a way that will improve both the visitor experience and your bottom line. Given recent feedback from members both directly to us and via our new Online Members Forum regarding increasing instances of staff needing to deal with challenging visitor behaviour, how to approach conflict resolution and crowd management with confidence will also feature prominently in the training, This practical workshop will give you the skills to enhance visitor experience, encourage repeat visits and maximise commercial opportunity.

Who is it for?
The course is suitable for anyone new to entry-level positions across the cultural sector, who will be dealing directly with visitors.
