This Knowledge Exchange event is aimed at Museum Learning / Engagement Staff, Learning Practitioners, ASN co-ordinators, community outreach workers, careers advisors, and youth workers.
We will be joined by Jason Oliver, who will talk about his work at Culture Perth and Kinross to deliver a ‘Skills for Heritage Careers’ fair, which was co-designed and delivered by pupils at a local school for pupils living with additional support needs (ASN). The session will reflect on the process of co-production, the impact of inclusive practice in the heritage and education sector, and the importance of creating opportunities that reflect the diverse experiences of all young people. Jason will also offer some practical hints and tips for organising your own accessible skills and careers programming.
Please note this session will be recorded.
This meeting will be hosted on Zoom. Live captions will be available.
