This Knowledge Exchange, in partnership with Association for Cultural Enterprises, will explore practical ways to strengthen your retail offer such as choosing the right products for your audience, presenting your shop effectively and developing items based on your collection that visitors can’t find anywhere else.
Jo Whitworth and Fi Anderson from the Association for Cultural Enterprises will share practical tips to help your museum shop grow, along with details of useful resources you can access including the Cultural Enterprises Online Training Academy.
Rachel Jackson, Museums Galleries Archives Operations Lead at ANGUSalive, will be sharing her organisation’s experience of creating a successful retail operation across three museums.
