Around since 1923, SAMH is Scotland’s national mental health charity.

This session will explore the definition of stress and related triggers. It includes stress management tips and tools for the workplace.

This course will cover:

  • Understanding the impact of stress in the workplace, including burnout
  • Early warning signs, triggers and ways to manage stress
