This webinar is offered as part of the Museum Futures programme.
The Museum Futures programme offers a suite of funding and other support and services to both Accredited and non-Accredited museum organisations.
This information session is an opportunity to learn more about our two new funds: the Innovation Fund & the Unlocking Potential Fund.
The Innovation Fund:
The Innovation Fund will support museums to develop, trial, and implement activities that directly improve the museum’s financial position. We are keen to fund innovative, ambitious and experimental ideas that may be considered impossible or too risky without external funding.
The Unlocking Potential Fund:
The Unlocking Potential Fund will support museums to address issues that are preventing them from building their financial sustainability. Examples of such issues could be: outdated or inefficient systems; a website that does not allow you to effectively attract visitors or fundraise; or a lack of expertise or a skills deficit preventing the development of appropriate strategies for specific areas of work.

This webinar is open to anyone working or volunteering in Scotland’s Museum sector, who is interested in learning more about the Museum Futures’ Funding available.
