This webinar comes following a new report and suite of resources commissioned by AIM and jointly supported by Arts Council England and DCMS seeks to help museums transition to a position of proactive, future readiness.
In this webinar, the researchers will take you through the key findings of the research to identify the characteristics of flourishing institutions and the diagnostic framework allowing museums to assess your current status—from ‘fragile’ to ‘flourishing’. Attendees will also hear how they can apply the accompanying toolkit to their own museum to reflect, test new ideas and discuss future approaches.
There will also be time for Q&A with the researchers, Alchemy Research and Consultancy.
