First Minister appoints new Culture Secretary
First Minister, John Swinney announces his new Cabinet and appoints Màiri McAllan MSP as Cabinet Secretary for Education, Culture and Gaelic.
Following the SNP victory at the Holyrood elections earlier this month, John Swinney was re-elected by Parliament as First Minister of Scotland on the of 19th May.
Yesterday, he unveiled his new Cabinet including Cabinet Secretary for Education, Culture and Gaelic, Màiri McAllan.
