MGS recognised in SUSE’s Apt 30 initiative for inclusive employment
Museums Galleries Scotland was recently named one of Scotland’s leading inclusive employers by SUSE (Scottish Union of Supported Employment) as part of their new initiative, Apt 30.
The Apt 30 initiative was launched as part of SUSE’s 30th anniversary celebrations and recognises organisations that are committed to inclusive employment and continually strive to improve their recruitment processes. This recognition reflects MGS’ ongoing commitment to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and supported.
“We are delighted to be part of Apt 30, working with SUSE and a wide range of committed employers across Scotland. MGS strives to be a workplace that works for everyone and to offer inclusive and accessible opportunities, as well as championing and supporting development of positive practice across the museum sector.”
Helen Raggett, Senior Resources Manager at MGS
MGS has formally agreed to SUSE’s five key principles:

- Engage with the Supported Employment Works campaign and our local service providers.
