Florence Médard

Florence joined MGS in October 2025 as a Marketing Assistant. Her role is varied, providing support across our marketing and communications activities.

She has more than five years of experience in marketing, communications, and digital engagement, including her time as Marketing and Communications Coordinator at Dunollie Museum, Castle and Grounds in Oban.

With a background in Medieval History, Florence has a keen interest in historical storytelling and digital content creation. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors learning about ferns and flowers, finding traces of ancient buildings with cryptic PastMap entries, and visiting small rural museums.

Florence is delighted to be part of MGS’s marketing team and looks forward to contributing her skills and enthusiasm to support the wider museum sector.
