Jena Samson

Jena is the Capacity Programme Assistant for the Museum Futures programme at MGS. She supports the delivery of the wrap-around training programming.

Prior to joining MGS, Jena worked in a range of fundraising, events, and administration roles at galleries in Australia and Scotland. An Art Historian by training, she completed her studies at the University of Edinburgh and Queensland University. She is passionate about the importance of repatriation and restitution in museums. This led her to complete a Diploma in Law and Collections Management with the Institute of Art Law in 2021.

A typical Aussie- she is also a passionate coffee drinker and welcomes café recommendations!
