Kate O'Driscoll

Kate is the Grants Manager at Museum Galleries Scotland. She joined the team in 2024 having previously spent three years at the National Lottery Heritage Fund. Kate manages the delivery of the MGS grants programme and is also responsible for the development of new grant funds and the evaluation of the grants programme. She has a particular interest in how grant funding can enable museums to trial bold new ways of working and engaging their communities.

Outside of MGS, Kate loves to bake, listen to podcasts, and spend hours on Wikipedia.
