Megan Stamper

Workplace Assessor | She/Her
An adult with light skin, long wavy blonde hair, and a white t-shirt, standing in a garden.

Megan is an experienced workplace assessor with a background in the heritage sector. She began her career in 2018 with the SVQ in Museums and Galleries Practice at Dumfries Museum, an experience that inspired her passion for vocational learning. Since then, she has worked with Museums Galleries Scotland, Developing the Young Workforce, and the Scottish Government, championing skills-based pathways into heritage.

As a workplace assessor, Megan is committed to helping learners develop their skills, confidence, and professional pathways, while promoting accessible learning routes that open doors for new entrants to the heritage sector. Outside of work, she’s often found hiking Scotland’s hills with her partner and dog, getting hands-on with creative craft projects, diving into new books and music, or planning her next adventure!
