Jason outlines his responsibilities at CPK, specifically his role in organising continuing professional development (CPD) and facilitating the CPK Youth Collective, a group of young people aged 16 to 25 who create their own projects and exhibitions. He then goes on to talk about his experience of embedding co-production and meaningful inclusion into the event organising process. Jason emphasises the need for genuine inclusion and accessibility, where students do not have to mask or perform to fit into the environment. He also describes the challenges of traditional careers fairs for students with additional support needs.
