Developing My Leadership Programme

As we look to the future, effective leadership will be essential to support thriving and resilient organisations in Scotland.

Programme overview

We support aspiring and established leaders in the heritage sector to increase their leadership skills, understand concepts of emotional intelligence to work productively with those around them, and lead in an effective and authentic way.

Developing My Leadership is delivered in partnership with Social Enterprise Academy (SEA). They successfully deliver leadership programmes to third sector organisations across Scotland and in 12 countries internationally.

“I attended the leadership training a couple of years ago and it was honestly the best training course I have ever been on. It was a great way to learn more about myself and understand my colleagues better”
