Natalie is currently on maternity leave.

Natalie is a Skills Development Manager at Museums Galleries Scotland. Natalie is responsible for the uptake and delivery of the Museums and Galleries Technician Modern Apprenticeship. As a Scottish Vocational Qualifications Assessor, Natalie works with apprentices based in museums across Scotland undertaking a variety of jobs. With Modern Apprenticeships based around demonstrating work-based skills and competencies, Natalie has the pleasure of seeing the creatively, dedication, and expertise the apprentices bring to their roles.

With a background based in collections and skills development, Natalie is passionate about increasing accessibility and entry routes to the heritage sector as well as making museums more fit for purpose and inclusive for the audiences they serve.

In her spare time, Natalie loves nothing more than catching up with friends, looking after her enormous houseplants, swimming, rowing, and going for aimless walks around Glasgow.
