Nkechinyere Edith Dinkpa
Board TrusteeNkechinyere Edith is a qualified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). She obtained her MSc in Financial Management from Robert Gordon University.
She currently works with the capital team of National Health Service (NHS) Scotland and manages some of their capital projects. Before this, she worked in academia for 6 years. She lectured at Aberdeen Business School Robert Gordon University (ABS RGU) and International College Robert Gordon University (ICRGU) and was responsible for some accounting and finance modules. She has worked with several charities’ finance departments, both as a paid staff member and volunteer, supporting the preparation of their annual accounts. Internationally, Nkechinyere Edith worked in the banking sector with the United Bank for Africa PLC (UBA) in the local corporate unit of one of the Lagos Island branches. She was involved with risk assessment and Forex. Nkechinyere Edith is currently a doctoral researcher at the Robert Gordon University Aberdeen. She is examining the association between corporate governance and environmental disclosure.
